How do I order carpet online?
Simply choose your carpet, enter your room measurements, add underlay or accessories, and checkout securely.
Can I order samples first?
Yes! We offer free samples for most of our flooring options. These will be delivered to your door so you can see and feel the carpet/flooring before you buy.
How do I measure my room?
Measure the widest and longest points of the room, including doorways and recesses. Need help? Check out our Measuring Guide or book a professional measuring service.
How long does delivery take?
Most items are delivered within 3–7 working days. Made-to-order carpets may take a little longer.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes, we will email when we are ready to dispatch your order to arrange a convenient day to deliver.
Do you offer fitting?
We currently do not offer any fitting services. You will need to arrange this yourself.
Will you remove my old flooring?
No, you will need to do this or contact your fitter if this is a service they provide.
How do I know the colour will match my room?
Screen colours may vary, which is why we recommend ordering free samples before you buy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and flexible payment options such as Klarna.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all our prices include VAT.
Can I return flooring if I change my mind?
Yes. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can return unopened packs within 14 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for return courier costs.
What if my order is faulty or damaged?
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, we’ll replace them free of charge or give you a full refund.
Can I cancel an order before it’s dispatched?
Yes, just contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already left our warehouse, you can still return it under our returns policy.
Do your floors come with a warranty?
Yes, all our ranges are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, typically lasting between 10 and 25 years depending on the product.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues such as premature wear. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, water, or misuse.
