How Our Fitting Service Works
From order to finished floor, arranged online and over WhatsApp
Order placed
You buy your flooring with us. We will email asking if you are interested in our fitting service. You will be sent a link to complete an enquiry form.
Complete the enquiry form
Follow the link and fill in the short fitting enquiry form
Site survey arranged
Our sales team contact you to book a survey – within 7 days of your flooring being delivered.
Site survey carried out
We measure up, check the subfloor and room and confirm exactly what the fitting involves.
Extra work found?
Levelling, subfloor repair or removal of your old floor is quoted before any work starts.
Fitting quote sent
We send you a clear price for the install, including any extras found at survey.
Confirm & pay in full
You confirm the service and pay the full fitting cost through secure checkout. Your date is reserved.
14-day cancellation right
Fitting usually starts within your statutory cooling-off period, so we confirm your request to begin in writing
Fitting takes place
Fitting begins within 7 working days of your confirmed payment, on a date agreed with you.
Doors
Doors may be removed to fit the floor. Trimming & re-hanging are not included.
Floor completed
Your fitter finishes the installation, tidies up and confirms aftercare for your floor.
